And the custom of Zamindar under the british rules disoleved after this SAT Laws. Thus The SAT ( State Aqusition and Tenacy Act) has a vital role and importancy in Bangladesh . By this way of SAT law Govenment gets their revenue and general peoples is titled as a owner of Lands.

By this way, Lands in Bangladesh easily usable as Agricultural Lands, Non- Agriculrural Lands, Housing lands etc. Before SAT Act it was hard to determine the specification of Lands . By this way Government gets revenue and taxes. So it can mention , Lands is the major source of income in Bangladesh .

Social Justice proving Land laws :

After the output of State aquisition and Tenacy Act,1950 Raiyats/tenants/ peoples gets their right to own of lands. Governments get their revenue. Thus , it has a vital role to establish social justice .
